Along with the growth of modern technology, hospitals and other health organizations are undergoing significant changes. Improving their services to remain accessible generate highest potential profit is essential. As an asset organization, human resource plays a substantial part in this accomplishment. Multiple studies have demonstrated that performance impacts organizational performance. This study aims determine trend hospital Literature from Scopus database 2012 2022 will be studied as research method. VOSviewer used bibliometric mapping. A total 1754 documents were found database, year having most publications. The United States contributed publications among countries, medicine was subject area published most. Through VOSviewer, network showed topics between articles relationships. Keyword quality widely discussed, has link strength, firmly correlates hospital.
